Fall Board of Directors Meeting 2025

We are excited to host the 2025 Fall Board of Directors Meeting at the TVIB corporate office. Here are some important details you need to know:

• The meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 18th at 1:00 pm.

• All TVIB Members are invited to the meeting.

  Discussion Topics Include:

• TSMS Checklist: What’s the best way for our auditors to ensure effective implementation of the TSMS?

• Auditor Trust: How can we best support auditors to dig deep, follow the audit trail, and ensure thorough evaluations?

• Providing Historical Context: Should TVIB offer auditors organizational performance data to enhance audit effectiveness?

• Mid-Period Management Audit Focus: Should these audits differ in approach compared to the 5-year certification/recertification audits?

• Identifying Gaps: Discuss potential gaps in processes, checklists, or training.

• Preventing Reoccurrences: How can we use findings to drive real, lasting change?

• Observations: Do they have a role in the TVIB audit process?

• Audit Fatigue: Brainstorm ways to reduce the audit scope.

• Be Part of the Solution!
  This session is your chance to share real-world insights, make suggestions, and ask questions. Together, let’s pave the way for smoother processes, more meaningful audits, and a stronger TVIB community.

  The Fall Board Meeting will immediately follow this session and is open to all TVIB Members and their employees. We encourage you to attend in-person at our main office. We are planning a social hour off-campus following the board meeting with details to follow to registered attendees.
